Capri New Style was born in 1991 in a small town known by the name of Racale. In 2005 this new intriging and adventurous style of cooking started in a the beautiful Gallipoli in the province of Lecce in Salento……and after many years of success leading to 2018 in Miami Beach . The story continues !
